Want to make homemade Lara Bars in about 5 minutes?
Ok, here you go:
From the Everyday Paleo Blog & FB page… ” tossed about 20 medjool dates into my food processor and pulsed until it was a paste, took that out and pulsed about 1 cup of almonds and 1/2 cup cashews until chopped up. Kneaded the dates and crushed nuts together along with some cinnamon, spread out on a cookie sheet, chilled and sliced!”
Looks awesome, huh?
And you can add whatever you want to these. I added some macadamia nuts and unsweetened coconut flakes. They rock! AND they’re way cheaper than actual Lara Bars.
